Job Description
Responsibilities
- Uphold a positive, professional, and empathetic approach when assisting customers
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly via chat or call as needed
- Facilitate and process same-day delivery orders efficiently
- Monitor and respond to customer complaints on social media, offering timely support
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved
- Inspect defective returned items and process them for RMA
- Review promotions and update pricing on eCommerce platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
