  • Maintain high level of positive and good customer relationship
  • Work collaboratively with team members and support departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications

  • With at least 6 months of experience in Customer Service (Preferable international account)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Amenable to work in rotational schedule, weekends and holidays
