Responsibilities
- Responsible in customer service concerns via email and chats
- Providing accurate, valid and complete information to the customers
- Maintain high level of positive and good customer relationship
- Work collaboratively with team members and support departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- With at least 6 months of experience in Customer Service (Preferable international account)
- Good English communication skills
- Amenable to work in rotational schedule, weekends and holidays
