The Customer Service Agent, Baggage will report to the Baggage Service Supervisor, working in multiple areas around the airport. The post holder will primarily be responsible for assisting passengers with resolving incidents around delayed, lost, pilfered and damaged baggage, as well as baggage pickup and deliveries, and ensure that customers are kept regularly informed on the progress of their delayed baggage or claim.
