JOB DUTIES

  • Receiving Shipping Instruction from Customer

  • Ensure selling rate & buying rate were communicated

  • Quote for any local handling charges to local Customer

  • Coordinate with Consolidation team & Air Product team

  • Obtain necessary information from Customer regarding their shipment

  • Coordinate with Consolidation team regarding progress of each daily shipment

  • Create documentation in Cargowise 1

  • Sending Pre alert to Overseas via email or Cargowise 1

  • Coordinate with Customs Clearance for any document related to Customs such as PEB

  • Ensure appropriate and timely communication is provided to the Customers and Overseas offices regarding discrepancies, changes, or any issues that may directly affect the shipment and operations
