What’s the role?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our branch network, welcoming our customers to BankSA and engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and provide them with tailored banking solutions. You will utilise your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals – both in-person and over the phone – and referring them on to our specialised Banking teams when necessary.
