Customer Service Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Customer Service Advisor for one of our client.

What you'll be doing

• Answering and responding to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Providing product and service information to customers
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
