We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join the Group Operations team working out of the state-of-the-art TSOC office in Manchester to act as the first point of contact for all Mitie clients.
You will provide a high level of service to all Mitie customers using internal systems to record, manager and track jobs, raise service requests and demonstrate a strong attention to detail to ensure all requests are correctly logged and routed to the correct department. You will advise customers over the telephone and email on entitlements and also liaise with internal departments to make sure workflow is at a timely manner.
The successful candidate will have a background in customer service, ideally within a customer facing or call centre environment. You should be IT literate with a good knowledge on the use of Microsoft Office and Email. You will maintain a professional mindset to work, you'll be a team...
