CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - FRENCH SPEAKING (NT)

Location: Budapest, XI. district, hybrid (2 day/office)

Tasks:

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and video channels, providing support in English and French.

Deliver exceptional customer support by resolving issues and providing timely solutions at the first point of contact whenever possible.

Guide customers through onboarding, service activation, and product adoption activities.

Support customers with account access, subscription plans, licenses, upgrades, downgrades, and additional product features.
