Position: Customer Sales & Service Representative
Location: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
Reports to: Team Leader
Status: Non-Exempt
Summary of the Role: The function of the Customer Sales and Service Representative is to provide direct support to the Branch Managers and Sales Representatives in the ongoing development of existing and prospective LGG Industrial customers to ensure that the Branch is able to meet its growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures
- Partner with Sales Representatives to provide sales quotes
- Process incoming inquiries into the company sales system
- Quote customers using working knowledge of product
- Successfully achieve budgeted Branch sales goals
