Responsibilities
- Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
- Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.
- Maintain a positive rapport with customers to deliver world‑class service.
- Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system generated acknowledgements using computer tools.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum age 18 years.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
