Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information to customers.
- Log and follow up on correct and valid orders or requests.
- Ensure the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Survey scores.
- Deliver high‑caliber customer service on post‑sales requisitions.
Qualifications
- Proficient or bilingual in Portuguese and Spanish, with an intermediate level of English.
- Excellent communication skills in a variety of customer‑facing situations.
- Good team player with a drive for success.
Preferred
- Previous experience in a similar position.
