Customer Service Representative – Barcelona (On site)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona (On site) to support our customers and enhance brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls through the CRM agent portal
• Create quotations and orders via the SAP system
• Expedite and communicate expected delivery times to customers
• Offer basic product advice based on catalogue knowledge
• Provide first‑level technical assistance to help customers identify their product and services requirements

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in Hungarian and Romanian, and advanced English
• Minimum high‑school graduate
• Interest in the technical field and willingness to commit to at least 2 years with the project
