Customer Reliability Engineer Spain

We are looking for an experienced Customer Reliability Engineer who will join our team in Spain, Valencia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience in web development or platform operations;
• Strong reading comprehension of JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js codebases (ability to debug, trace issues, and analyze application logic);
• Hands‑on experience with MySQL – writing and optimizing queries, analyzing slow queries, understanding schema design;
• Experience with ClickHouse or other OLAP/analytical databases;
• Understanding of microservice architecture principles and how services interact (REST, WebSockets, message queues);
• Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana, Datadog, or similar);
• Experience with GIT version control system;
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills – ability to investigate production issues end‑to‑end;
