Customer Relationship Management Developer (Toronto)

CRM Developer, contract position

Number of openings: 1, 3-6 month initial contract

Location: GTA

Hybrid position, 3-4 days/w onsite in Toronto

Must be eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain critical systems, while providing production support and application monitoring.
• Develop, integrate, test, and transition Advisor Compensation systems into production.
• Provide daily production support, incident monitoring, and troubleshooting for applications within the Individual Customer line of business.
• Identify permanent fixes for application issues, scope the required work, and execute changes.
• Liaise with project teams, provide consulting support, and complete development assignments as directed by the team leader.
