This Customer Relations Team Leader opportunity is a 12-month contract where you’ll play a meaningful role in leading a team that supports how BOQ Group listens to, advocates for, and learns from its customers, while leveraging your experience in IDR to drive strong customer outcomes and team performance.
This role goes beyond managing complaints. You'll be at the centre of our customer experience journey, leading and supporting a team of Customer Relations Consultants while partnering closely with leaders and stakeholders across the Group.
