Key Responsibilities:
• Facilities Operations:
o Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of the co-working space, including common areas, meeting rooms, HVAC systems, lighting, restrooms, and equipment.
o Conduct regular inspections and ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues.
o Manage access control systems, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness.
• Vendor Management:
o Coordinate with external vendors (cleaning, security, repairs, etc.) and ensure service level agreements are met.
o Source and evaluate new vendors as needed.
• Space Management & Optimization:
o Monitor occupancy levels and assist in planning workspace configurations to maximize utility.
