Job OverviewHARMAN Automotive is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to manage corrective and preventive actions, improve quality performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards such as IATF *****, ISO *****, and customer‐specific requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesRoot cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for 0KM concerns (mass production).
Maintain and continually improve the quality system.Manage containment actions for 0Km concerns and quality proactive notifications.Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to ensure quality products during SOP + 90 days (Safe Launch Plan).
Execute IPSO Audit to ensure transfer to production of new products is in accordance with approved data.Manage quality RMA process, review, and confirm customer deductions due to 0Km concerns (mass production).
