Job DescriptionThe Customer Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that processes, products, and systems comply with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable quality regulations.
This role supports the production floor by identifying quality issues, driving root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring robust process control.
The Customer Quality Engineer participates in audits, manages documentation, and collaborates with cross‐functional teams to maintain and improve quality performance.
