DescriptionEnsure compliance with customer requirements such as IATF, PPAP, APQP, 8D, Failure Analysis reports, etc.Participates in maintaining good customer relationship exercising effective communication.To coordinate all activities before and after SOP related to customer requirements ensuring customer satisfaction and green scorecard (quality/logistics) within plant level.Drive escalation to BU, R&D or other central function (if needed).
