ZestIoT is fast growing start‑up with a global presence. Specialising in the aviation industry, particularly in aircraft turnaround and the passenger journey, our solutions are helping airports, airlines and ground handlers achieve turnaround excellence. As part of our growth in Europe, we are now looking for an experienced delivery professional to join our expanding European team. This individual will play a crucial role in our success by understanding the client expectations, challenges, deliverables, and overseeing the successful adoption of our solutions.
This role will be reporting into the European Lead for ZestIoT.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Point of Contact for our airline, airport and ground handling clients during the delivery, testing and adoption phase of our solution
- To continue to work with clients beyond initial delivery to expertly manage technology adoption, understand gaps and manage client expectations accordingly
