We are looking for a Customer Service representative to join our team in Aguascalientes.
The position is responsible for providing excellent and efficient quality service in inbound calls from customers and businesses that own a vehicle through Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC) or Infiniti Financial Services (IFS).
The role handles inquiries, complaints, and questions about loan and lease accounts, including technical support for the NMAC/IFS website.
A Day in the Life
Receive a standard number of inbound phone calls on active/inactive accounts from NMAC/IFS customers, businesses, dealerships, and third parties (e.g., financial institutions, insurance companies).
