Customer-Outcome Compliance Manager (UK Consumer Duty)

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to ensure customer outcomes align with UK Consumer Duty and conduct risk standards across our products and services in Spain.

You will partner with Product, Operations, Legal, Risk and Compliance to embed positive outcome frameworks, review proposals, and monitor implementation, while mentoring junior team members in a fast‑growing fintech environment.
