Customer Operations Specialist - Data & Support

Sedex is seeking a Customer Operations Administrator in Chile to deliver high-quality back-office support, data processing, and reporting for member operations. The role works with the Chile Operations team and reports to the Business Operations Manager.

You will coordinate with HR and IT on equipment, handle supplier renewals, payments, data analysis, E-Learning administration, and contribute to quarterly dashboards.
