Responsibilities
- Monitor and process customer orders on a daily basis
- Confirm orders and communicate delivery timelines
- Manage the end-to-end order cycle (from entry to invoicing)
- Proactively communicate delays, shortages, and operational issues
- Prepare and issue invoices and export documentation
- Monitor forecast adherence and align with stakeholders
- Register, investigate, and resolve customer complaints including root cause analysis
