**Customer Operations Representative**Reports To**:Customer Operations Manager**Location**:Monterrey, Mexico**Environment**:Hybrid****Work Schedule**:This position is **full-time **and **hybrid **with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week, **Monday through Friday** from **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.
