About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Operations Representative to join our Allison Off Highway (AOH) team.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders end-to-end and ensuring a seamless customer experience across the entire order lifecycle.
This is a highly collaborative and operations-focused position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys solving complex customer and logistics challenges.
What You'll Do
Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Respond to customer inquiries related to pricing, availability, and order status
Proactively follow up on open orders and resolve issues such as delays or discrepancies
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution Centers, Engineering, and Sales to meet customer needs
