**Responsibilities**:
- Collect and manage customer logistics requirements
- Create and update internal documentation and knowledge base
- Support regional standardization through checklists and templates
- Assist in mapping customer requirements to SAP SD processes and EDI touchpoints
- Support onboarding projects and prepare final presentations
**Requirements**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
