About the Role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Onboarding Coordinator to manage the customer onboarding experience and serve as the primary point of contact during the first 90 days after account activation . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process from start to finish.


Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PT


Key Responsibilities

Guide customers through the onboarding process and ensure all required documentation is collected accurately.
