Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operations
Workload Coordination: Distribute and supervise the daily tasks of the CDM team to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for record creation and updates are met.
Performance Management: Set clear KPIs for team members, provide regular coaching, and conduct annual performance reviews. Establishes, maintain and execute on business controls and processes.
Escalation Point: Act as the first point of contact for complex data issues or disputes between departments (e.g., Sales vs. Finance).
Provide leadership to the team, helping in defining yearly priorities and ongoing project related to Customer Data Mgmt.
Data Quality & Governance
Integrity Oversight: Monitor data for completeness, accuracy, and uniqueness (preventing duplicate customer profiles).
Standardization: Develop and enforce global naming conventions, address formats, and tax documentation requirements.
