Customer Master Data Supervisor (Les)

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Operations:
  • Distribute and supervise daily tasks of the CDM team to meet SLA targets for record creation and updates.
  • Set KPIs, provide regular coaching, conduct annual performance reviews, and establish business controls and processes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for complex data issues or disputes between departments (e.g., Sales vs. Finance).
  • Lead the team in defining yearly priorities and ongoing customer data management projects.
