Customer master data supervisor (España)

The Customer Master Data Supervisor leads a team of specialists to manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of customer records—from initial setup and credit checks to data cleansing and archiving.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operations

• Distribute and supervise the daily tasks of the CDM team to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for record creation and updates are met.
• Set clear KPIs for team members, provide regular coaching, and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Establish, maintain and execute on business controls and processes.
• Act as the first point of contact for complex data issues or disputes between departments.
• Provide leadership to the team, helping in defining yearly priorities and ongoing project related to Customer Data Mgmt.
