Job Overview
The Order to Cash (O2C) Master Data Analyst will support the Customer Master Data Team in the Bogota hub, ensuring accurate and timely master data and related processes across O2C activities. The role focuses on data creation, maintenance, and quality in SAP ERP environments to enable efficient sales order, dispute, and credit workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own operational master data management – creation and maintenance of customer master data and related attributes in SAP ERP (S4 Hana / MDG).
- Develop, update and maintain pricing conditions, contract agreements, and commercial rules in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with neighbouring functions to minimize lead time for critical master data updates.
