As our Customer Marketing Manager for the Benelux region, you will design and execute marketing programs that engage, retain and grow our existing customer base.
You will work closely with Customer Experience, Account Management, Partnerships and Sales to create campaigns that increase product adoption, strengthen customer relationships, generate referrals, drive customer advocacy and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer journeys, creating meaningful customer experiences, and turning customer satisfaction into measurable business growth.
