DescriptionEnsure the supply of finished product to the client, through the effective use of available systems and tools as well as direct communication with clients, ensuring inventory control, minimizing time and merchandise flows, programming the client's requirements taking into account the capacity of the line and availability of materials.
**Qualifications**:- Bachelor degree- Experience Monitoring of the customer EDI in order to ensure that the last customer requirements are updated in the SAP system- Delivery creation for customer shipments according with the customer dates and quantities required.
- Monitoring of customer portals to attend special requirements and tickets- Shipment monitoring until reach the customer locations.
- Customer returns processing and monitoring.
- Inventory level monitoring.
- Customer demand fluctuation analysis.
- Creation of basic reports- Premium freight request if necessary.
