• We are looking for a Customer Journey Expert for Investment & Funds Entrusted area that can help us migrate our broker platform to a new back office system, offering seamless customer processes and new enablers to be faster in future developments.
• Close collaboration with an agile ING team, responsible to develop, launch and maintain an attractive product & service value proposition on the market providing the highest customer satisfaction and in the most efficient way, reducing complexity and pursuing high quality standars.
• Definition, selection and analysis of data to gather insights that enhance the decision-making process.
