Customer Growth & Onboarding Specialist

TVH Group is seeking a professional to serve as the primary contact for customers in Singapore. This role involves expanding the customer portfolio alongside Branch and Business Development Managers, creating and following up on offers, and resolving customer complaints efficiently.

Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure seamless customer service, while managing the customer onboarding journey for new orders. The ideal candidate will also proactively develop leads into sales opportunities and provide guidance on the e-commerce platform.
