Customer-Focused Service Advisor Role

Become the main liaison for customers and technicians in this Service Advisor position. You'll manage service records and coordinate repair scheduling effectively.
We are seeking a Service Advisor with a strong customer service background. You'll gather and maintain customer and vehicle data, oversee repair orders, and consult on outstanding warranty repairs. Additional responsibilities include following up on completed service and assisting the Service Manager and other team members as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire and maintain essential customer and vehicle information
• Consult vehicle files for recalls and warranty repairs
• Open and manage repair orders with clear job descriptions
• Direct service department phone calls appropriately
• Follow up with customers regarding service updates and repairs
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor
