Finning is seeking two committed Parts Journeypersons (Red Seal) to join our customer service team. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely parts availability, managing orders, and maintaining clear communication with the service team. Candidates with experience in parts, warehouse, and Caterpillar products are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely, accurate parts availability for customer service
• Stage, prepare, and track parts for maintenance activities
• Process returns and document all transactions
• Communicate shipping options and parts ETAs effectively
• Execute Vendor Managed Inventory and conduct cycle counts
Requirements:
• Red Seal Parts Journeyperson certification
