Customer Field Service Specialist - Diagnostic Equipment - Eastern Cape

SUMMARY:
A well-known international supplier of IVD / Diagnostic products requires the above to support customers with analyser, application, operator, and reagent queries, working closely with the sales team to drive sales growth.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements for the role: An electrical, Clinical Engineering Diploma or National Diploma in Medical Technology or any other 3-year related qualification is preferred for this role. Previous experience working in a field service engineering position within the medical or related field is preferred. Previous experience working with customers face-to-face and telephonically is essential. The successful candidate must have commercial sales experience, having worked within a diagnostic environment.
