Lyft is seeking an experienced Team Coach to drive strong customer outcomes. You will partner with the Team Lead to deliver coaching, data analysis, and floor leadership across SCC. You will identify gaps, support improvements, and supervise daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has empathy, excellent English communication, and the ability to work across Safety, Communications, and Legal teams. Experience with JIRA, Tableau, and GSuite is a plus.
