You’ll help to cultivate an environment that promotes authentic employee and customer experiences and is guided by our culture and mission of adding joy. You will role‑model the Indigo Beliefs by being authentic, seeking inspiration, knowing your audience, and influencing your customers through the stories you tell, connecting them to our brand. Candidates available for a 5:00 am start time will be preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Support the daily operations of the store, before or after the store closes (5 am or 10 pm start time).
- Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage product returns, shelve products, and receive and process incoming store merchandise.
- Use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing, stimulating store.
- Create a warm and welcoming environment in our stores.
