Bring your energy to Aggreko as Customer Experience Representative / Administrator based in Chiba in this hybrid role – 3 days a week in our Chiba depot and 2 days a week working from home. You’ll focus on the experience of our valued customers, aiming to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and exceeding customer expectations. You will be a strong communicator (verbal and written) to business level in both Japanese and English.

What you’ll do as Customer Experience Representative / Administrator:
Provide excellent in-person and virtual customer service via phone, text, email and online chat
Support our customers with issue support, post-sales product support, field service dispatching, etc.
