As a Team Leader, you possess a passion for fashion and customer service. You will provide a unique and memorable shopping experience to every customer and support the development and growth of employees.
- Act as a stylist to build personalized wardrobes for customers.
- Develop and train the sales team on customer service, promotion of programs, product knowledge and trends.
- Monitor sales targets and take required actions to influence store results.
- Perform daily tasks such as changing prices, shipping orders/transfers, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Open and close the store as required.
Qualifications
- Strong passion for fashion and customer service.
- Experience as a team leader or sales trainer.
