The Role
As a CX Lab Technician, you will bridge the gap between clinical expertise and customer support. You will be responsible for responding to the needs of customers and providing product information via inbound/outbound calls, email, and live chat. You'll evaluate complex clinical complaints and resolve emerging technical issues with accuracy and efficiency.
