Position: Arabic Speaking Customer Experience Host
Location: Mirdif City Centre, Dubai
Contract: 3‑month contract basis
Working Hours: 9‑hour shift including 1‑hour break
Schedule: 5 days per week on a rotational basis
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and introduce the Kitchen concept and offerings
- Assist visitors with navigation and wayfinding within the space
- Support customers with general inquiries and information
- Coordinate with the Handsfree Shopping team when required
- Ensure every guest receives a friendly, professional, and engaging experience
Qualifications
- Fluent Arabic speaker
- Valid UAE Residency Visa
- Strong communication skills in English
- Comfortable using iPads and digital tools
