Role Summary
The CX Representative provides world‑class customer service through inbound and outbound calls, handling about 60 calls per day. The position requires resolving last‑mile delivery issues, coordinating with customers, delivery teams, stores and warehouses to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience.
