Job Description
At TD Canada Trust, we are the frontline of TD Bank and serve customers with a broad range of transactions. The Customer Experience Associate will process financial transactions accurately, understand customer needs, recommend solutions, resolve concerns, and promote banking products while providing excellent customer service.
- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with operating procedures, regulation, and the TD Code of Conduct and Ethics.
- Interpret customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions, exercising discretion for confidential matters.
