Responsibilities
- Conduct high volume outreach via phone, text, and email daily
- Answer inbound tickets and maintain a high phone answer rate
- Act as a central hub for all inbound questions regarding Bold offerings
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and act as the voice between customers and the company
- Report bugs with detailed descriptions and data to the engineering team
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a customer support representative
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience working with CRMs and Customer Service tools (e.g., HubSpot, Insightly)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work 8-5pm PST hours
- Proficiency with computers and tools like Slack or JustCall
