Customer Experience Architect

Hegen is seeking a passionate Customer Success Specialist to enhance customer experiences and drive satisfaction. You will design and manage processes from pre-sales to post-service, deliver exceptional service, and provide product training. Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, and proficiency in English plus another language are essential for this role.
