Job Responsibilities
- Assists customers’ journey in using digital channels via face to face digital user assistance or education
- Attends to sales and service needs of customers
- Approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system
- Processes payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Holder (Graduate)
- Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer-facing role
- Willing to work in a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic technical proficiency (e.g., CRM tools, POS systems, or online platforms)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Proficiency in problem solving
